A light heavyweight title eliminator has been set as the headline act for the UFC’s debut in the Czech Republic.
Confirmed by the UFC on Friday, the current #4 ranked Jan Blachowicz will take on the #7 ranked Brazilian Thiago Santos on February 23rd in Prague.

Blachowicz (23-7) is currently on a four-fight win streak in the 205 lbs division and most recently earned a second-round submission over Nikita Krylov in September. The Polish fighter had gone 2-4 in the UFC prior to his current winning streak which started in October 2017.
Santos (20-6) meanwhile has earned back-to-back (T)KO victories since moving up to the light heavyweight division earlier this year. ‘Marreta’ last fought at UFC 231 on December 8th where he earned a second-round knockout against Jimi Manuwa in one of the fights of the year.
UFC: Prague is also currently set to feature Stefan Struve vs. Marcos Rogério de Lima, Magomed Ankalaev vs. Darko Stošić and Liz Carmouche vs. Lucie Pudilová.
