UFC 228 Results: Woodley vs Till
After entering his fourth UFC title defence as the underdog yet again, Tyron Woodley proved the naysayers wrong as he scored a second-round submission over the highly-vaunted Darren Till.
With a slow first-round that saw Till scoping out his opponent with Woodley acting as the aggressor, the second stanza burst into life as the champion dropped the challenger with a powerful right hand.
From there, Woodley kept the pressure up on the mat with a barrage of heavy elbows before cinching in a tight D’Arce choke that forced the Scouser to tap out.
